
Gina Baker
Creative facilitator | Music therapist | Teacher
Gina is a music therapist, vocal coach/teacher, and workshop leader with a passion for making music accessible to everyone. She currently works as the Community Engagement and Events Manager for the national charity Music of Life, supporting the Choirs in Special Schools programme across the West Midlands.
After earning her undergraduate degree in Singing from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in 2018, Gina went on to complete her MA in Music Therapy at the University of the West of England in 2025. As part of her studies, she spent time in Malta, working with adults with learning disabilities—an experience that deepened her commitment to inclusive, community-based music-making. She currently delivers music therapy for the charity Music Therapy Works, delivering sessions in special schools.
Gina works with organisations such as Ex Cathedra’s Singing Medicine, Music in offices, and Choirs Beating Time, bringing music into schools, prisons, hospitals, and community spaces.
